Boerewors

These high-quality sausages are a delicacy in Zimbabwe and are a favorite for a stir-up or braai (Africa’s answer to a BBQ). Boerewors need to contain at least 90% meat or fat and are usually made with beef or pork. Lamb or goat meat can be added for extra flavor.
